Grant County ESD provides special education services for children and districts, determined through a resolution agreement. These five small rural school districts are:
Oregon Administrative Rules for Special Education specifies the following disabilities as making a child eligible for special education:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Communication Disorder
- Deafblindness
- Emotional Disturbance
- Intellectual Disability
- Other Health Impairment
- Specific Learning Disability
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Vision Impairment
